  • Free Shipping — All orders over $75 AUD qualify for free standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout).

  • Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD (delivery typically 3–7 business days).

  • Express Shipping — Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days where available).
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed to the courier.

Bulky / Large Items
Items such as The Cloud Nine Orthopedic Bed, Belvedere Velvet Chaise, Rise Elevated Feeding Station, and other furniture pieces may take slightly longer to deliver due to size. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery window.
